Francelina “Fran” Perdomo is a passionate ally of the creative entrepreneur. Fully versed in domestic and international business models she can navigate the complex twists and turns of any commercial arena, be it in the U.S.A. or overseas. Fran is an expert in all aspects of Corporate, Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, a savvy entrepreneur herself she understands the challenges of developing and growing a business, adding a unique perspective to any organization she is helping develop.

A seasoned practitioner in the areas of corporate law, contract negotiation, and IP, she brings all her expertise to bear helping her clients in negotiations, the creation of strategic partnerships and the development of brands and sponsorship deals.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Iberoamericana (Unibe), where she received a Doctor en Derecho Degree (J.D. Equivalent). She also holds an LL.M from Cornell University Law School, and a Certificat in Droit Compare from Universite De Paris I, Pantheon Sorbonne. Fran is fluent in Spanish, lending a decidedly multi-cultural approach to U.S. and international clients.
